DEFINITIONS: In these Terms and Conditions, the words "User", "Account" and "Terms and Conditions" shall mean and include all users of Luckyhaul Casino services, accounts created on Luckyhaul Casino website or mobile application, and these terms and conditions respectively.

TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT: Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to us, if your Account is inactive for a period of 12 months we may suspend and eventually close it. Any unused balance will be returned to the User after termination.

If any part of this agreement is deemed void, illegal or unenforceable then that particular term will be severed from the rest but such severance does not affect validity of other terms.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel our services at any time without notice. All changes shall be binding upon you immediately on their publication on this website or mobile application.

By continuing use our service, User acknowledges that they have accepted and will comply with these amended Terms and Conditions.

Subject to clause 2 above all agreements between us are concluded in the English language.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law of jurisdiction (Curacao), and any disputes or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions will be subject to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in that country.

By participating in our service, you agree that all actions or proceedings initiated under this Agreement may be filed, brought or maintained only on an individual basis in the relevant court in the country as mentioned above and not in any other form class action, including but limited by way of example an aggregate litigation for settlement purposes or proceeding such as a private attorney general action.
